How much will my move cost?
Fixed prices, not estimates: from £210 for a studio or 1-bed, £370 for a 2-bed, £550 for a 3-bed and £650 for a 4-bed. Going further afield? Same price, plus mileage. See the full list or get your exact number in two minutes.
What's actually included?
Two men and a Luton van on every fixed-price move, blankets and straps, and your beds put back together at the other end. Nothing is added on top of the figure you agree — no fuel surcharge, no card fee, nothing added at the end.
Are my belongings insured?
Yes. Goods in transit are insured to a policy limit of £10,000 per vehicle load, and we carry £1,000,000 of public liability cover. If a single item is worth more than that, tell us when you book and we'll arrange the right cover rather than find out afterwards.
Which areas do you cover?
Durham is home and we cover the North East every day — Newcastle, Sunderland, Gateshead, Darlington, Middlesbrough and everywhere between. Long-distance runs go to every major UK city at a fixed price with the fuel already in. See the full list.
How quickly can you book me in?
Four to six weeks ahead is ideal, and Fridays, Saturdays and month-end dates genuinely go first. But the diary on the booking page is live, and we regularly fit in same-day and next-day moves — if you need something urgently, ring us.
How many people turn up?
Two men and a Luton van on every fixed-price package, from the studio flat to the four-bed. They're our own crew, not a subcontractor we found this morning. Bigger jobs get a second van rather than a smaller team.
