What moves the number

Mileage is in the price you are quoted. Nothing under 10 miles; past that, all of them.
Stairs, where there's no lift, are charged per flight at each end, and scale with the move: £25 for a studio or 1-bed, £65 for a 2-bed, £85 for a 3-bed, £105 for a 4-bed.
Garage free on the 3-bed and 4-bed, £50 on the others.
Peak days (Fri, Sat, month-end) +15% on labour; Sundays and bank holidays +20%.
Waiting: first 30 minutes free, then £25 per half hour. Tolls and clean-air zones at cost.
Extra trips on a local move are free. Blankets and straps always are.
